There are several ways to find the firmware version.  First log in to Intelli-Site via the Workstation because the firmware version will appear in the Alarm Queue with a RAM Pass Diagnostics check.   Then perform one of the following:

  1. Cycle power on the MAC or MLC panel.
  2. In the Intelli-Site Workstation, open the Properties for the MAC or MLC panel and click on the "Clear All" button.
  3. If the panel is an MC-MAC-4R, push the SW2 (Reset button). There is no reset button on a 32I, 16R, or 8IC.

If the MAC or MLC panel is brand new, you can find the firmware version information on panel itself.  For the MC-MAC4R, the label is on the P1 processor.  For the MC-MLC-16R, MC-MLC-32I, or the MC-MLC-8IC, it is on the MPU-24.

If you need to update the firmware, please contact OSSI Support.
