How to Import Cards and Cardholder Data into Intelli-SiteAA-00311View products to which this article applies. IntroductionIntelli-Site has a feature to import cards and cardholder data so you don't have to do it all by hand. This feature allows the user to import cardholder data from any properly-formatted delimited file. It loads card and cardholder data; it does not include Access Sets. Once the cards are imported, you must go into Card Management Mode and assign the Access Sets by hand. NOTE: Intelli-Site sells an application to import data and Access Sets. Contact your Sales Representative for information on Intelli-Site CONNECT. This feature is intended to be used once per card.
If the Intelli-Site database is in Multi-ID mode and the feature is used more than once per cardholder, there will be duplicate records of the cardholder. The cards cannot be duplicated and will remain associated with the first occurrence of the cardholder information. If you need to perform updates via this sort of method, you must use Intelli-Site CONNECT. Contact your Sales Representative for information on Intelli-Site CONNECT.
