Operating Systems No Longer Supported

As of January 14, 2020, Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 have reached end-of-life. Microsoft no longer supports these OSes. As such, OSSI no longer supports these operating systems. While our software will continue to install and upgrade on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, we will not provide technical support for these operating systems for versions beyond 4.0.45.12.  All customers and integrators are strongly encouraged to migrate to Windows 10 or Windows 2016. 

The following are the minimum and recommended system requirements for Intelli-Site 4.0 and Intelli-Site Lite 4.0.

Operating System:    Windows 7 (Professional or Ultimate),
                                    Windows 10 (Pro or Enterprise),
                                    Windows Server 2008 R2 (SP1),
                                    Windows Server 2012 R2
                                    Windows Server 2016

CPU (Processor):      Minimum: Intel I3 2.0 GHz
                                    Recommended: Intel I7 Quad Core 2.8 GHz

RAM (Memory):         Minimum: 8GB DDR2 800 MHz
                                    Recommended: 16GB DDR4 SDRAM

HDD (Disk Space):   Minimum: 200GB
                                   Recommended: 1TB

VGA (Video):            Minimum: 128MB VRAM @ 1024x768 (32 bit color)
                                  Recommended: 4GB VRAM DDR3 @ 700MHz

Display:                    17" VGA (Touch Screen optional)

Input Devices:          Mouse, Keyboard         If the installation medium required is a DVD, then the computer must have have a DVD ROM driver.

Network & Protocols:    10/100/1000 network adapter with Windows TCP/IP v4

The following are required with Video Integrations.

CPU (Processor):      Intel I7 Quad Core 2.8 GHz

RAM (Memory):         Minimum: 16GB DDR2 800 MHz
                                    Recommended: 32GB DDR4 SDRAM

VGA (Video):            Minimum: 1GB VRAM @ 1024x768 (32 bit color)
                                  Recommended: 4GB VRAM DDR3 @ 700MHz

A Windows-compatible sound device or card is recommended on the Client systems so that alerts and other sounds may be heard.
