How do I obtain an SMA Number?

The SMA is managed by the Server. To find the SMA Key Number: - Right-click on the Server icon,
 , in the System Tray and select "Open...". If you cannot see the icon, please refer to: Why can't I see the Intelli-Site icons in the System Tray? - Select "File" -> "Update SMA #" The SMA Number dialog appears.
 - Take a screen capture by holding down the Alt key and the Print Screen key together. This puts the active window on the computer Clipboard. You can paste it directly into a mail document or open up MS Paint and paste it there.
- Send this screen capture and the SMA PO number from your Sales Representative to licensing@ossi-usa.com.
